DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Due to North + South Carolina ABC laws and regulations, we cannot legally sell alcohol to you but we sure can serve it! This just means you purchase the alcohol separately from our services and we supply the rest.  (If you are a 501c3 looking to partner, ask us about a Special One Time Use Permit) 

Yes. We carry both liquor liability and general liability insurance. We can provide proof of policy if needed, upon request.

DO YOU HAVE A RAIN DATE OR REFUND POLICY?

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CAMPER BAR + TAP TRUCK?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate rain dates due to the nature of our advanced booking model. Cancellations outside of 60+ days of the event are eligible for a refund minus the service fee. Cancellations inside of 14 days surrender 25% of the event total. 

The camper is 10' long and about 6.5' wide. We need a flat and level open space with access to get in and out, and a power source to plug in. If you're unsure about the space (indoor or out), let us know and we'll gladly check it out! If 20 amp power is unable to be supplied within 50 feet of the trailer, we can provide generators for an extra fee. The Tap Truck does not require power and can be driven into place under most circumstances. It is 5.5 feet wide.

Once you've sent us an inquiry and we've settled on the details, a signed contract and 50% deposit is required to make it official.

Yes! We can customize any package to include non-alcoholic beverages such as mocktails, sweet tea, lemonade, or soft drinks.  

We are based out of Waxhaw, NC (south of Charlotte, NC). A 15 mile travel radius in either direction is included in all of our packages. Beyond 15 miles, a mileage fee applies.
